We purchased a Hydra 9. The delivery was easy. The driver put it right where we wanted it to go. The laser itself was packaged very well and was received with no damage. Setup was incredibly easy as all the cables etc. are well marked. I did have problems getting the glass tube working correctly. (The RF was fine). I scheduled a one hour tech support call with Sean. It ended up being 1 1/2 hours long but he never gave up getting it running correctly. After trying a few different things we opted to do a factory reset which fixed my issues! And now we are up and running again. I LOVE the way this cuts and engraves. So much easier than our old laser. Thanks Sean (and the other gentlemen who popped on the call as needed) for getting us up and running again! A good machine is important. Excellent customer service/tech support is even more important. I definitely received that today. I look forward to many projects completed on our new machine.

During my 1 on 1 with OneLaser's Sean, I was able to ask technical questions and receive detailed and fast responses that accurately helped me diagnose and setup components on my laser. Sean didn't hesitate with any question and was an extremely enjoyable communicator. We were able to go over other setups with software to get maximum potential from the laser and my setup and I look forward to running my next job on it.

OneLaser had been awesome from the get go. My initial purchase was easy with no surprises. Shipping was great. I had an instance to use the warranty for a lens and that was awesome. The staff, especially Sakura and Murphn and Sean have been great. I highly recommend onelaser.

Support was so fast to my emails and gave me a call to help walk me through a step I was needing some assistance with. The machine is a beast and build extremely well! It makes my other laser look like a baby! Very happy with not only the laser but the customer service I received! Highly recommend.
